Not at all. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, BFL methodology is for everybody, because you go on your own pace. It’s you against yourself.

You don’t need to be in shape to start your new journey with us. BFL workouts are structured for all fitness levels. Here, you will workout at your own pace and our coaches will give you modifications based on your fitness level so you can focus on pushing yourself.

You don’t need to have any boxing or kickboxing experience to train at BFL. From professional athletes to stay home moms, our methodology is designed for everyone. After 20 plus years of experience as a professional athlete, Vitor Belfort, has brought together an elite team of professionals to assist you along the way. Rather you are a beginner or a pro athlete, BFL is adapted for everyone’s needs and you’ll work skills such as: precision, timing, coordination, power and many others.

For your 1st class we ask you to get at the studio at least 20 minutes before the class starts so we can show you everything around and explain about our methodology. It’s good to bring with you a bottle of water, come wearing a regular fitness shoes, gym outfit and if you have a pair of gloves bring it in, If not, we will lend a pair for your 1st class.

No. If you have one, you can bring it in, if you don’t and want to wear one, we have it for sale at our studios.

BFL workouts are for ages between 13 years to over 80 years old.
